MP3+CUE: Pristine Classical MP3s are a little different!
All of our music files are sold as single, long MP3 files, each with a CUE file that all the software here can use to identify track positions, titles and durations. This can be especially important with classical music, where one of the shortcomings of MP3 files - the small gap at the start and end of every MP3 - can result in highly irrititating breaks in continuous music.
Foobar2000 - A special Media Player for Windows
Foobar 2000 is a free audio player for Windows PCs which supports a wide range of formats for playback. We like it for one very good reason - it fully supports our MP3+CUE system! This means you'll get seamless playback of our long MP3s on your PC, with full access to individual movements or pieces, without gaps between tracks, and full playlist support.

Burrrn - The free solution for CD burning

If you're in need of a simple, free solution for making audio CDs we're happy to offer these simple instructions for use with Burrrn:
- Click the Add button and select the CUE file (which must be in the same folder as your MP3)
- Insert a blank disc
- Press the Burrrn button
Burrrn is a free software download from burrrn.net and can be downloaded here
Cue Splitters
Simple-to-use software which allows you to split your long MP3 into individual tracks, ideal for transfer to an iPod or similar MP3 player. Each of our multi-track MP3s has a 'Cue' file associated with it - if you downloaded a ZIP file you'll have it already; if you downloaded an MP3 file you'll find the cue sheet on the download page at Pristine Classical in the 'Find Out More' box towards the bottom of the page.
